The following information is intended to help you understand our ordering, returns, and claims policy. Please be sure to read this information before you order.

We accept orders Monday thru Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm (eastern time). Please have your item # or general description of the item being ordered available. Credit cards or paypal are both acceptable payments. Our paypal account is Displaycaseart@yahoo.com. Please e-mail us for availabilty of an item and shipping cost before making payments through paypal.
Be sure that we have all your specs on custom orders, as they are NOT
returnable for any reason other than damage. See our CLAIMS POLICY below.
When returning an item to DISPLAY CASE ART you MUST return the item within
10 working days of delivery. Please notify us by phone about your return. If the item is being returned due to damage, please review our Claims Policy
below. All returns must be packaged back in its original package and packaging materials. If we receive a returned item damaged, NO REFUND will be issued. You, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
**A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise.**
Items that are received damaged or broken must be reported to
us within 10 working days of delivery. Please do not contact the
shipping company. We will do that for you. Be sure to keep
all original packing and box. Item MUST be repacked in the
same manner as it was sent for a claim to be filed. If it is
not, the shipping company will refuse any claim. Therefore,
we cannot refund "you", our customer.
